St. Ann’s Community, Penetanguishene, Ontario

The NAD has been enriched with a new community. His Eminence, Thomas Cardinal Collins, in collaboration with our major superiors, recently appointed our brother Daniel Tshimbalanga (from D.R.Congo) as pastor of Saint Ann’s parish, Penetanguishene and administrator of Paroisse Sainte Croix. Brothers Simon Bung (from Cameroon) and Rambabu (from India) were appointed as associate pastors.

Saint Ann’s Parish is made up of an amalgamation of Saint Ann’s Church, St Patrick and Our Lady of the Rosary whereas Sainte Croix parish is composed of Sainte Croix and St Florence. In addition to the mission stations just listed, we also have three manors, the general hospital and the prison of the town under the pastoral care of our new community.
